Bedrock Builders

Bedrock Builders, a custom homebuilder in Indianapolis, came to Designed Marketing wanting to update their sales materials.  Their goal was to increase their self visibility while still displaying the notoriety of the developments they were building within. We achieved this by developing a custom die-cut pocket folder brochure. The pocket folder was designed to be universal for all of their projects, while the interior pages change for each individual development. A die-cut window on the cover allows for the name of each development to be prominently shown, so clients can easily determine what development the brochure is for. As an extra little touch, we add a velcro wrap-around flap to safely secure all the materials inside.
