Designed Marketing and DJ Interiors worked together to design the new welcome center for the model home at Geist Woods Estates. Bedrock Builders wanted their welcome center to reflect the quality and detail they put into their homes. We started by dividing the two display walls into categories of single level and two-story homes to help visitors easily distinguish and find the type of home they are interested in. Under the elevations of each home the floor plan is displayed under glass on an angled counter top for easy viewing. Additional copies of each floor plan are easily accessible for visitors to take underneath each corresponding floor plan. We then created a table to display the development’s site-plan and double as a gathering place where visitors and sales associates can discuss their homes.
